About the Daikin ATMOSPHERA™
The Daikin ATMOSPHERA (RXM-WV outdoor, FTXM-U9 indoor) represents the pinnacle of Daikin's residential ductless engineering. The 9,000 BTU model achieves 27.4 SEER2 and 11.2 HSPF2 — numbers that are simply in a different league from standard mini-split systems. Even the 24,000 BTU model achieves 22.0 SEER2, which exceeds the ENTRA's maximum by several points.
The ATMOSPHERA's industry-leading efficiency is achieved through Daikin's most advanced inverter compressor technology, a precision-engineered refrigerant circuit, and the use of R-32 refrigerant which has superior thermodynamic properties compared to R-410A. The result is a system that extracts maximum heating and cooling output from each kilowatt-hour of electricity consumed.
